I wish the title interacted more with the graphic of his head. Would explore some other color studies. Make sure that your secondary text is still legible over the halftone.
If you're going to use oblique or italic type, I'd consider using a slash instead of vertical slashes. Also, the space between the cut head and type seems really large.
Have you tried pulling the top of the head closer to the bottom and only having the title in between? You could consider moving the slogan to the top above the head.
Lastly watch your scale and width. The title is a bit too wide, and feels cut off by the margins of the page.
