There's a strength to the simplicity of your composition. The addition of the female icons seems trite and takes away from the strength of the black x's. Your secondary information could use more levels of hierarchy since not every piece of that information is equally important. I'm not sold on the tracked out title and wonder what it looks like upper-lowercase.
