I like the bottom one the best so far. Definitely make sure that the composition works well before you dive into color choices (and the print for class tomorrow should also be in B&W). The addition of the walking zombies in 2 and 3 are distracting and seem redundant (you already have the hands grabbing at the face). For tomorrow, I would push the last one - the first one doesn't have a photographic element and seems a lot further away. Try to finesse your typography and hierarchy. I'm not sure Chicago is the best choice for your secondary info... it reminds me too much of early Apple computers. Nice to see your progress!
I'd still like to see the emphasis on the mouth, as this is still too recognizable as the Janet Leigh image from Psycho. There were some great suggestions as to how to improve your layouts in the last class.
